About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Director, Automation to lead our automation initiatives and drive operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies that align with our business goals.

As the Director, Automation, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation across multiple functions, including content creation, distribution, customer experience, and operational workflows. You will establish automation frameworks and best practices to ensure scalability, sustainability, and alignment with business needs.

You will also lead the development and execution of roadmaps for implementing automation technologies across the organization. Your leadership will ensure that automation becomes a core capability, enhancing productivity and enabling the company to innovate faster and deliver superior results.

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML, engineering, product development, and business units, to drive automation adoption and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale automation initiatives in a technology-driven environment. They will also have extensive experience in automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), workflow automation, and cloud-based automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive automation strategies that align with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for automation across multiple functions, including content creation, distribution, customer experience, and operational workflows.
  • Establish automation frameworks and best practices to ensure scalability, sustainability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of roadmaps for implementing automation technologies across the organization.
  • Drive automation adoption and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
  • Additional certifications in automation technologies (e.g., RPA, DevOps, Cloud Computing) or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale automation initiatives in a technology-driven environment.
  • Extensive experience in automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), workflow automation, and cloud-based automation platforms.
