Job Title:

ERP Functional Consultant

Job Description:
  • Lead hands-on implementation and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.
  • Act as a functional expert in all Oracle Fusion modules and provide configuration and process optimization.
  • Bridge the gap between business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement, workshops, and surveys.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, mapping current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing optimized processes.
  • Participate in system design and configuration to ensure it meets business requirements.
  • SUPPORT CHANGE MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES BY HELPING STAKEHOLDERS UNDERSTAND THE BENEFITS OF THE NEW SYSTEM AND PROCESSES.
  • Manage system integrations, interfaces, and data migrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Fusion ERP system.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Functional Knowledge: Expertise of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules - Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Accounting (PA), Project Management, Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge about Oracle Fusion technology stack, including PaaS Technical, PLSQL, OTBI, and BI Reports.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training and support to end-users.
