Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in workflow automation, and a passion for optimizing business processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing boards, dashboards, and automations tailored to client needs across project management, CRM, and service workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Work OS solutions through discovery workshops and collaborative sessions.
  • Build integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, and APIs to connect with third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce).
  • Lead training and onboarding sessions for clients, empowering them to adopt as a central platform for cross-team collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to ensure smooth implementations and long-term platform adoption.
  • Analyze usage data to refine configurations and proactively recommend enhancements that align with client goals.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with support when needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with 's APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with including dashboards, automations, formulas, integrations, and custom boards.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and solution architecture.
  • Familiarity with apps marketplace and building custom workflows.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus points Work Management Core or Admin, CRM, Service Management Certification.
