Job Title: Process Excellence Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Process Excellence Manager to lead our team in simplifying and synergizing finance processes. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and updating process maps, ensuring they are up-to-date and of high quality.

Your primary focus will be on leading change management activities, coordinating training, sharing updates, and providing timely communication around process control environments. You will also oversee expertise and information sharing, ensuring continuous communication of the latest process updates, best practices, and process learnings with our community and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with GPOs to design and update process maps, ensuring they are current and of high-quality.
  • Lead NFCM and Finance Core integration, simplifying and synergizing both processes.
  • Oversee process changes from Finance Core perspective, in partnership with GPO team.
  • Lead change management activities surrounding enhancements of process controls.
  • Drive continuous process control and Finance Core improvements.
Requirements:
  • University-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or MBA.
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant finance roles or positions supporting global projects.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to understand situations, interdependencies, and challenges holistically.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
