The Workforce Management Forecasting Specialist role requires a unique blend of technical skills and business acumen.

This position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage workforce forecasting and capacity planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement

In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

A working knowledge of generative AI tools is also highly desirable.

Preferred qualifications include experience in BPO Workforce Management, Advanced Capacity Planning Skills, and BPO realtime management experience.

Additionally, proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel/SQL/Tableau and Looker Studio is a plus.
