The Registration & Compliance Operations team is responsible for protecting Amazon's customers and sellers by identifying and mitigating potential risks. To achieve this goal, the team uses a combination of automated and manual investigations to analyze seller transactions on our marketplace.

Our objective is to deliver high-quality services to Amazon stakeholders while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. We strive to provide exceptional customer experiences and protect the interests of our end-users.

  • We manage staffing levels in line with transaction volumes to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • We interpret and communicate data impacting current Service level agreements (SLAs), including shift changes, schedules, productivity, and SLA misses.
  • We conduct root cause analysis to identify SLA misses through deep dives into data.
  • We develop new metrics and tools to improve performance and contribute to change management initiatives.
  • We escalate major issues and notify workforce managers to ensure timely incident response.
  • We communicate effectively with stakeholders both verbally and in writing, particularly when discussing adherence issues.
  • We generate and own daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Workforce Management software such as Aspect or IEX.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Influence stakeholders through effective communication written and verbal.
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Data Analysis experience leading to creation of reporting to leadership.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
  • Able to work in a cross-functional environment.
