We are seeking a high-impact leader to oversee the implementation of an operational framework. The role involves optimizing organizational processes through data analysis, fostering continuous improvement and driving efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing and deploying process excellence frameworks, lean management systems and benchmarking techniques to enhance commercial function experience. This includes simplifying and improving processes through structured ideation, eliminating non-value-adding activities and digitizing tasks.

Additional responsibilities include implementing cost optimization programs via product and cycle-time excellence methodology, identifying cost-saving ideas with functional leads and reviewing progress regularly. The candidate will also be responsible for business process redesign and metric improvement through strategic initiatives.

A key aspect of this role is establishing and managing knowledge sharing practices, overseeing implementation and application of knowledge and maintaining a comprehensive repository for future reference. Foster a culture of collaborative learning and deepen scientific knowledge through academic connections and technical training programs.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate team members and resolve organizational challenges. A collaborative environment must be established to enable the team to handle higher responsibilities and deliver independently.

Eduational Qualifications

Masters in Business along with 12 to 15 years of experience in a pharma industry or similar field. Relevant certifications such as Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and project management are highly desirable.
