Industrial Engineer Trainee Position

We are seeking a recent graduate or an individual with relevant experience to fill this entry-level Industrial Engineer Trainee position. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial engineering and process optimization, developing essential skills in analysis, design, and implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis and design of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in process improvement projects, identifying areas for enhancement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Conduct time studies and process audits to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges from different angles.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality control methods, including data collection and interpretation.
  • Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, with knowledge of their applications in industry.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using these tools for technical documentation and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas effectively to various audiences.
