Process Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, reducing cycle time and improving product quality. You will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield and scrap rate and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
