Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Real Estate to lead our real estate initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management and a proven track record of successfully managing property portfolios. This role requires excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and drive real estate strategies.
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the real estate portfolio of the organization.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Evaluate potential properties for acquisition, investment, or development.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies for property management and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in real estate management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in real estate financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
