  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
