
Manager Sales Real Estate

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Oversee the entire sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions
- Organize site visits, client meetings, and sales events
- Resolve client queries and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
