Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager in the real estate industry, located in Gurugram. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring those targets are met. Additional day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, conducting market research, and coordinating with other departments to optimize the sales process. The role also involves regular reporting and analysis of sales performance.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and achieving them
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in conducting market research and sales performance analysis
- Ability to coordinate with various departments to streamline the sales process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
