We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Travel Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Job Title: Travel & Expense Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the organization's Travel & Expense (T&E) operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the lead administrator for Concur expense management and the corporate credit card program, delivering superior customer service, training, and ongoing support to employees using the Concur T&E system.
  • Assist employees with travel bookings as needed, ensuring adherence to company travel policies.
  • Book healthcare provider travel as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Concur Travel & Expense.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
