Job Overview:

As a seasoned professional in the travel and tourism industry, you will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing GDS systems for bookings, ticketing, and itinerary planning
  • Maintaining high standards of service delivery to position us as a market leader
Strategic Partnerships

Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, and non-air suppliers.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality service, and reliable support.

Leadership and Team Management

Lead and inspire a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Delegate responsibilities effectively, supervise team performance, and provide training to enhance skills.

Operational Efficiency

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to streamline operations.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Conduct periodic reviews with management to evaluate performance against targets and strategic goals.

Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, target vs. achievement metrics, and operational insights using Excel and other tools.

Customer Satisfaction

Ensure the highest standards of customer service, addressing issues promptly and effectively.

Monitor feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary leadership and team development.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels is required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Travels or related field (Masters degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking
