Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage client reservations in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process client reservations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues related to bookings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their travel needs, preferences, and special requests.
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or errors related to bookings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Key Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and software, including property management systems and online booking platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple reservations simultaneously.
