
Reservations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Reservations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client calls, converting inquiries into bookings, and meeting revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel reservations and front office management, with excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Convert inquiries into bookings by effectively communicating with clients and providing them with suitable options.
- Maintain the central reservation system, create reservations, and update customer records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify new revenue generation opportunities and work towards achieving personal and property revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, and other relevant market information.
- Schedule client visits and coordinate site visits to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain inquiry records, sales records, and prepare daily check-in/check-out schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Collect and maintain customer information databases and contact details to foster strong relationships with clients.
- Track balance payments receivable, extra charges, and additional services rendered to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports for leads and conversions to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide updates to management on new offerings and strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations departments (hotels).
- Excellent communication skills with English as a must.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is mandatory.
