Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Manager to join our team and support the growth of our short-term vacation rental business. This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver with a passion for customer service who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.

  2. Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.

  3. Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.

  4. Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  5. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.

  6. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

  7. Other duties as assigned.

RequirementsSkills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Abilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Experience
  • Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with sales or reservations teams is a bonus.
