Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest interactions and building lasting relationships with our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome guests warmly, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Reservations and Seating Management: Efficiently manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Personalized Service Delivery: Assist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs, showcasing attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
  • Relationship Building and Maintenance: Foster strong connections with regular guests and recognize VIP customers, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Feedback and Resolution Handling: Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Reception Excellence Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, reflecting the high standards of our hospitality brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Professionalism and Approachability: A friendly, professional, and approachable personality that makes guests feel welcome and at ease.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Hospitality Experience and Knowledge: Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest relations is a plus, but not required. We provide training and opportunities for growth.
  • Calm Under Pressure and Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments, ensuring a positive experience for guests and colleagues alike.
