Our CSR initiative Antardhwani operates as a dedicated support group focused to promote awareness about the effective management of Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) and Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).

We bring together a diverse network of rheumatologists, physical therapists, wellness experts, and patients to form a holistic support ecosystem that empowers individuals through education, empathy, and expert care.

We aim to connect patients, facilitate shared experiences, and promote awareness about the effective management of AS and RA.

The role requires leading and expanding our patient engagement and public health efforts under Anterdhawani.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop outreach strategies to attract new patients through partnerships with NGOs, schools, clinics, community centers, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain partnerships with doctors, hospitals, psychologists, and local healthcare providers for referrals.
  • Represent Antardhwani in events, mental health drives, and webinars to raise awareness.
  • Organize health awareness campaigns, community drives, and patient education sessions.
  • Build partnerships with clinics, NGOs, hospitals, and wellness centers.
  • Design outreach campaigns to increase awareness and access to treatment.
  • Track outreach metrics and support CSR reporting.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy, or CSR programs
  • Experience in chronic disease, orthopedic, or rehab programs is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills, compassionate approach, and familiarity with community healthcare or grassroots mobilization
