Job Opportunity in Pension Industry

This is an exciting career opportunity in India's fast-growing pension sector. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, executing projects and promoting National Pension System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
  • Promote NPS to corporate and retail clients through effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through references, networking and market outreach.
  • Engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs) to explore potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Negotiate terms, onboard corporates and manage client implementation to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions to educate clients about the benefits of NPS.
  • Provide exceptional client support, resolve queries and ensure smooth servicing to build long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated with Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) guidelines and industry best practices to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs who are eager to learn and grow with a dynamic organization.
  • Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Relationship Management who possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred as they can hit the ground running and contribute to the team's success from day one.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, achieve targets and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs to meet clients and partners.
