  • Ticket Management & Documentation:
    • Efficiently manage and update support tickets in the ticketing system.
    • Develop comprehensive documentation for all troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • System Configuration & Maintenance:
    • Configure and maintain devices and applications.
    • Perform regular system and application updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
  • Collaboration & Client Interaction:
    • Collaborate with teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents.
    • Provide clear and effective communication to end-users during troubleshooting and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Helpdesk L2 Support.
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Windows, Mac OS environments.
  • Advanced skills in configuring and troubleshooting Office 365 applications.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting remote support tools.
  • Solid L1 to L2 support skills, including device troubleshooting and software installation.
