About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to technical issues and inquiries reported through various channels, including calls, chats, and emails. You will also be responsible for providing daily shift updates on summaries of calls, emails, and chats.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in providing product or application support to customers in the US region
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, Zoho Helpdesk, and Zen Desk
  • Familiarity with Linux, networking, databases, and SAAS-based web applications
  • Good understanding of customer/tech support processes
  • Able to work shifts, including night shifts and weekends
