
Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products and services clearly, and maintaining accurate call records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Explain products and services clearly and answer customer queries in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate call records and follow up with leads to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer objections politely and professionally
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone voice
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications
- Ability to stay motivated and handle rejection in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Hindi language (preferred)
- English language skills (preferred)
