Electrical Motor Sales Professional

We are seeking an Electrical Motor Sales Professional to manage OEM sales and develop relationships with customers, specifically Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturers. The ideal candidate will analyze and manage product costing for various motor products like BLDC Motors, PMSM Motors, etc.

  • OEM Sales: Develop strategic partnerships with EV manufacturers to drive business growth.
  • Product Costing: Conduct thorough analysis of product costs to optimize pricing and improve profitability.
  • RFQ Management: Coordinate the RFQ process, including preparation of NFR and PFR documents for all RFQs handled.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Organize and analyze data related to product lines and customer requirements for efficient sales operations.
  • Motor Product Expertise: Manage sales and costing for products like BLDC motors, PMSM motors, hub motors, and traction motors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in OEM sales and product costing for electric motors.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage product costs and pricing.
  • Excellent communication skills to develop strategic partnerships with customers.
  • Proficiency in preparing NFR and PFR documents.
  • Electric motor experience for EV or domestic appliance manufacturers.
