  • Manage and monitor employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
  • Administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Prepare and share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
  • Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
  • Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
  • Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
