HR Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing and implementing HR technology solutions that drive business efficiency and employee satisfaction.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and technologies, with experience in managing daily HR operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily HR tech operations, including system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align HR systems with business requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement digital workflows to improve HR processes.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, including Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and payroll.
Desirable Skills

In addition to the above requirements, we would welcome candidates with prior experience in:

  • HR tech audits and compliance checks.
  • Project management and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
