Cloud Infrastructure Optimization Specialist

As a seasoned Azure optimization specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure's scalability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular reviews of Azure resource utilization (compute, storage, databases, IoT Hub, AKS, etc.).
- Optimize cloud spend while ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Implement cost governance frameworks, tagging, and monitoring dashboards.
- Advise on architecture improvements for high availability, security, and compliance.
- Recommend and configure automation for DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).
- Support scaling across global regions.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal engineering teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Serverless).
- Proven track record in cloud cost optimization and DevOps best practices.
- Strong understanding of Azure Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, CosmosDB, Blob, Key Vault, Monitor, and B2C.
- Familiarity with microservices, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with startup or fast-growth environments preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for remote, on-demand consulting.
