We are seeking a talented Systems Optimization Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of procurement systems and tools.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing system improvements to enhance productivity and compliance. They will work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of procurement systems with other business applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing procurement workflows to improve operational performance and compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining performance tracking systems to monitor key performance indicators and track progress against goals.
  • Ensuring adherence to procurement policies and regulations through regular audits and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and resolve technical issues.
  • Providing training and support to procurement staff and other users on system functionalities and best practices.
