Job Overview

As a seasoned Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving network security issues and providing top-notch technical assistance.

This role involves designing and implementing secure network architectures using SSL/TLS, VPNs (IPsec, GRE), Firewall, IDS/IPS. Your expertise in HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP protocols will enable you to effectively troubleshoot network problems using tools like Ping, Traceroute, MTR.

A successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of tcpdump, Wireshark, or fiddler protocol analyzers. Additionally, familiarity with Linux, Unix operating systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Security: Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures using SSL/TLS, VPNs (IPsec, GRE), Firewall, IDS/IPS.
  • Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP protocols.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Experience in troubleshooting network issues using tools like Ping, Traceroute, MTR.
  • Protocol Analyzers: Knowledge of tcpdump, Wireshark, or fiddler protocol analyzers.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Network Security.
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux, Unix operating systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of web proxies, transparent proxy, reverse proxy, explicit proxy, and PAC files.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols like LDAP, SAML, 2FA, MFA.
Note
  • Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.
  • Flexible to work on rotational shifts including nights.
  • Work-from-office from day one.
