We are seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Partner to foster and expand our key relationships with enterprise clients.

This strategic role demands a trusted advisor who ensures strong client engagement, successful adoption of our solutions, and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and nurture their growth.
  • Understand clients' strategies, challenges, and technical environments to provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Represent clients internally by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Engage in executive-level discussions and align solutions with clients' objectives.
  • Utilize data, KPIs, and market insights to offer recommendations and measurable value.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
  • Prioritize client feedback to drive actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
