Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions within our Workday platform.

About the Role:

The Enterprise Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-level solutions that meet our business needs. This includes optimizing financial systems, partnering with key stakeholders, and leading initiatives to implement system enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures that prioritize scalability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise technologies.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Oversee and support Workday integrations with external systems to ensure data consistency and security.
  • Provide expert-level support in Workday configuration, optimization, and customization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role.
  • Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday's security framework and business process configuration.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies.
