Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant – Solutions Architect

Location: Hybrid (India – various cities)

We are a premier cloud systems integrator with expertise in global delivery and boutique agility. We help clients across North America modernize their ERP, HCM, EPM, and SCM with Oracle Cloud.

You will lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of Enterprise Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS) solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS, as well as strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and/or ARCS solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Partner with client finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.
  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
