Finance Business Partner Job Description">

As a key member of our finance team, the Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving financial and operational excellence within the organization. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, with a strong ability to communicate complex information effectively.

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics, building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures, and working closely with leadership teams to formulate medium to long-term financial and strategic plans. They will also collaborate with business unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts, produce models to project long-term growth, and analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.

Additional responsibilities include communicating insights to senior management, providing detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results, reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost-saving initiatives, and preparing regional performance reviews in close cooperation with the USA onshore finance team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to innovatively communicate complex information. They will also be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (advanced excel skills), able to multitask and be a self-starter, and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
