Proficient knowledge of MS Office and SAP is essential, along with Inter CA/Qualified ICWA certification and 2+ years of post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, OP Cash, and Pricing.
  • Strengthen the Finance O&R process and build a Pre and Post M&E mindset for Trade Spend investments.
  • Collect past c-forms, ensure process improvement, and reduce recording timelines.
  • Active participation in unlocking savings, ensuring distributor ROI, and reducing W/Capital / Provisions unlock.
  • Drive BTL claim processes and adopt new BTL processes involving NRM planning.
  • Develop a Pre and Post M&E culture on BTL and TTL Spends.
  • Engage with HO commercial teams and understand various RTM/learning formats for personal development.
  • Pricing optimisation - Volume/Value/Margin Market Share pool/Benchmarking industry players.
  • Independently develop financial analysis and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with CH/SH to drive business performance by providing financial/commercial expertise and insights.
  • Bring strong commercial insight and judgment to decision making.
  • Investment optimisation, including A&P measurement and evaluation.
  • Support Cluster/region BPMs with market financials and decision-making.
  • Participate in pricing discussions and provide quality inputs.
  • Credit Management - timely MIS circulation for expected blocks, credit block release, and improve credit block review systems.
  • Collection Management - driving collection and reducing overdues by partnering with sales teams.
  • Debtor Estimates / forecast review basis actual debtor reports to ensure no risk in AR.
  • Timely customer reconciliation and balance confirmations.
