Business Development Executive

  • Lead the sourcing of new enterprise clients to expand our merchant portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities within the enterprise segment, targeting large-scale merchants and strategic accounts.
  • Nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
  • Customize solutions to meet unique client needs and ensure favorable contract negotiations.
  • Focus on pipeline management by providing accurate forecasts to senior management while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Source new Enterprise merchants for Fiserv.
  • Grow the wallet share for the existing portfolio assigned to you.
  • Ensure commercial & contractual closure with merchant partners.
  • Liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
  • Handle Portfolios and serve queries of customers.

About You

  • You have a comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, fintech, and/or technology-enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment.
  • You have experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
  • You possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
  • You have excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business skills.
  • You have excellent time management and organizational skills.

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with at least 6+ years of experience.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM software.
