Job Title: Enterprise PSA Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PSA specialist to implement, configure, and customize our PSA platform to meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PSA modules, a strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows, as well as proven expertise in workflow automation.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes, integrate the platform with other enterprise applications, and provide end-user training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and customize PSA to align with business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Integrate PSA with other enterprise applications and systems.
  • Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing system support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PSA platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with PSA modules.
  • Strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA.
  • Proven expertise in workflow automation within the PSA ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics (configuration, customization, reporting).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
