This position offers the chance to work on a global enterprise connectivity initiative, providing remote support for consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore.

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering direct remote assistance to consultants and local IT teams, ensuring seamless connectivity across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network configuration, troubleshooting, and technical guidance. They must be able to explain complex processes clearly and provide hands-on support during live calls.

This is a critical role in the pilot deployment of our new enterprise connectivity initiative, with future rollout plans spanning multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct remote support to consultants and local IT teams for device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy routers from unboxing to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Guide end-users through step-by-step solutions during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document workflows and escalate issues to global IT teams when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Network Support / IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency, enabling effective communication with consultants and IT staff.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
