We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to provide remote support during site activities, ensuring smooth execution of routine maintenance and RTWP mitigation. This role involves troubleshooting via Nokia OSS and guiding field crews to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide real-time RTWP troubleshooting support during site activities.">
  • Login to Nokia OSS for: RTWP logs, lock/unlock radios, parameter checks, and troubleshooting commands.">
  • Guide crews to resolve RTWP imbalance, PIM issues, and uplink interference.">
  • Support R&M troubleshooting – radios, baseband, RET, fiber, MW, and RF jumpers.">
  • C Coordinate with Carrier Switch team for software load, commissioning, and integration.">
  • Monitor KPIs post-commissioning to validate site stability and performance.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • ">
  • Strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies.">
  • Proficiency with Nokia OSS operations.">
  • Expertise in RTWP/PIM troubleshooting and external interference mitigation.">
  • Hands-on experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber.">
  • Familiarity with spectrum analyzers and filters for interference hunting.">
