As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for leading project operations and learning, enterprise development, capacity building, reporting and documentation. Your success will depend on your ability to effectively implement livelihood activities aligned with the project design, activity plan, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project leads/teams to enhance the technical quality of project interventions through regular coordination with the Director – Social Additionality.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans and budgets; support project teams in achieving defined objectives and targets.
  • Issue relevant directives and guidelines for timely and effective implementation of project activities.
  • Proactively identify operational challenges and coordinate timely solutions with the project team and Director – SA.
  • Develop knowledge management products such as case studies, success stories, technical manuals, and booklets showcasing project impact.
  • Promote reflective practices to continuously refine strategies and approaches for greater impact and scalability.
Enterprise Development

The role involves establishing women-led Plastic Collection Centers and Collection Points within waste collector communities, launching e-tricycle-based plastic waste collection initiatives, implementing skill training initiatives, developing market linkages, forging partnerships, building strong networks, collaborating with government departments, and establishing institutional linkages.

  • Collaborate with government departments, including state urban/rural livelihood missions.
  • Establish institutional linkages at the district level with banks, incubator/accelerator programs, retail outlets, and e-commerce platforms for financial and marketing support.
Capacity Building

You will organize entrepreneurship awareness and development programs, coordinate multi-stakeholder workshops, conduct EAPs and EDPs, offer continuous business support and mentorship, conduct capacity needs assessments, and develop IEC materials and training modules.

  • Develop IEC materials, demonstration tools, training modules, and capacity-building resources.
Reporting and Documentation

The candidate will log key performance indicators into the PFC platform, ensure accurate and timely documentation and data flow, periodically review and update policies and SOPs, submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, prepare and submit financial reports, maintain and analyze all MIS data, and provide insights and analysis of project activities.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports in prescribed formats.

  • Provide insights and analysis of project activities to the Director – SA and relevant teams as required.
