Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects for lead generation through Social Media activity, Email Campaigns, etc.

You will connect with prospects, understand their requirements, and convert them into business opportunities.

Additionally, you will maintain and update important trackers for regular business updates, coordinate with the team for content and creative design to facilitate business requirements, and manage end-to-end monthly payouts for coaches.

You will also handle customer tickets efficiently, resolve issues within agreed timeframes, and perform other day-to-day business operations tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing projects for lead generation
  • Connecting with prospects and converting them into business opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating important trackers
  • Coordinating with the team for content and creative design
  • Managing end-to-end monthly payouts for coaches
