We are seeking an exceptional Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business, aligning product and customer-focused priorities with operational needs.

The role involves a range of activities, including:

  • End-to-end service lifecycle management—from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • ITSM activity analysis and feedback loop provision to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns.
  • Pre-launch support services through system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
  • Post-launch service maintenance by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
  • System scalability through automation and evolution by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
  • CI/CD pipeline support for promoting software into higher environments through validation and operational toll gating.
  • Incident response and blameless postmortem practices.
  • Holistic problem-solving approaches connecting technology stacks during production events to optimize mean time to recover.
  • Global teamwork with resources across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Knowledge sharing and junior resource mentoring.
  • Deployment support in various environments (PCF cloud, Linux, Oracle/Redis DB) with a focus on automating processes.
  • Customer query resolution through work orders.
  • On-call support outside normal business hours for critical situations.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Unix/Linux, SQL, and ITIL framework knowledge.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps tools.
  • Monitoring tool familiarity.
  • Java application knowledge.
