Job Title : Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Assist in creating project plans, use cases, and test scenarios.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Support change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in a similar role or as a consultant.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Understanding of business domains (Finance, IT, Retail, etc.) is desirable.
