The Business Operations Specialist will be a part of our development team, acting as a single point of contact for interacting with customers to build product roadmaps, gather business requirements, and ensure value realization.

This role requires close collaboration with customers and development teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications using advanced technology stacks, methodologies, and standards within agreed timelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To be a single point of contact for all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Drive discussions with relevant stakeholders and map with functional requirements.
  • Manage customer expectations on projects and raise change requests for out-of-scope requirements using Agile methodologies and defined processes.

  • Requirements management and gap analysis
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Quick decision-making
  • Ability to identify and set priorities

Role Requirements:

  • Drive effective communication between customers and the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project plans and status reports.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in requirements management, use cases, and business flows.
  • Must have worked on projects using Agile Methodology.

Certifications:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus.
