
Senior Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnership Development Advisor to foster strong relationships with key partners and drive business growth through in-depth market understanding and client-centric advice.
About the Role:
- Client Advisory: Advise high-net-worth individuals on a diverse range of investment products, including equity, futures & options (equity, currency, commodity), managing large customer portfolios with a book size of ₹25 lakhs and above.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with Business Associates (Partners, Franchisees, IFAs) to ensure business scalability and high-quality servicing.
- Business Development: Support Business Associates (Franchisees, IFAs, Partners) in scaling their existing client base and revenue through quality service and by showcasing future opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Potentially manage an existing book of clients, applying deep market understanding and advanced strategies to increase book size and revenue.
- Relationship Building: Regularly meet with large customers and Business Associates (Franchisee, IFA, Partner) to foster strong relationships and understand their evolving needs.
- Profile Development: Profile Business Associates (Franchisee, IFA, Partner) by conducting in-depth reviews of their customers' financial requirements, analyzing investor investment styles and risk appetites, and recommending suitable portfolios or actionable strategies.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify upselling opportunities and guide large customers to diversify their investment portfolios by advising them on suitable products like mutual funds, PMS (portfolio management services), IAP (investment advisory products), and insurance, thereby bringing stability and longevity to their investments.
Requirements:
- Expertise: Proven expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals on complex financial products.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong B2B relationships for scalable business growth.
- Market Understanding: Deep understanding of equity markets, F&O, and advanced investment strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage high-value clients and partners.
- Client Centricity: Strong commitment to client longevity through research-backed and insightful advice.
