Training and Development Role

We are seeking an experienced trainer to lead the development of our training programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging training sessions and materials that align with our learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive training programs and materials: Design and create high-quality training modules, presentations, handouts, and other resources that meet the needs of our participants.
  • Delivering dynamic training sessions: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Effectively communicate complex information and transfer essential skills to participants through clear demonstrations, practical exercises, and active feedback.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify training needs through various assessments, surveys, or interviews, analyze performance gaps, and design targeted interventions to address these gaps.
  • Learning Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations (e.g., quizzes, tests, surveys) to measure participants' learning outcomes and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in training and development: A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in roles related to soft skills development and customer experience training.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge and expertise in customer experience best practices to deliver accurate and relevant information.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Presentation and Facilitation Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging presentations, facilitate dynamic discussions, and create an interactive learning environment.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to adapt training methods, content, and delivery to meet diverse learning styles, needs, and preferences.
  • Empathy and Patience: Demonstrating empathy towards participants' learning challenges, being patient in addressing their queries, and providing consistent support throughout the learning process.
