**Job Description: Customer Acquisition Executive / Pickleball Assistant Coach**

Position Title: Customer Acquisition Executive / Pickleball Assistant Coach

Department: Icewater

Reports To: CFO and Operation Manager

Location: EIPL

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
This dual role involves driving customer acquisition through targeted marketing and sales efforts, as well as supporting the Head Coach in planning and implementing pickle ball training programs and events.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Acquisition Manager**:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Work with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.

**Pickle ball Assistant Coach**:

- Assist the Coach and Customer Acquisition Manager - EA Ice Water in planning and implementing structured training programs for individuals and groups.
- Provide on-court instruction and feedback to players during training sessions and matches.
- Help organize and coordinate pickleball events, including tournaments, clinics, and social gatherings.
- Assist in evaluating player performance and progress, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Coach and Customer Acquisition Manager to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and strategies in the sport of pickleball.
- Assist with equipment management, court maintenance, and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
