Customer Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers through various sales channels. You will play a critical part in driving revenue growth, building a strong customer base, and increasing the visibility of our products/services in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition
- Identify potential customers through field visits, inbound leads, cold calling, referrals, or online channels.
- Approach and pitch to potential clients to explain product features and benefits.
- Drive conversion of leads to new customers and meet or exceed acquisition targets.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Promote relevant products or services based on customer needs and profile.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional offerings where appropriate.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Address initial questions, concerns, or objections with professionalism.
- Ensure a seamless handover to the customer support or account management team post-acquisition.
Market Intelligence
- Gather market and competitor insights to improve sales effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer needs and challenges.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and acquisition status using CRM or reporting tools.
- Ensure complete and correct documentation for all new customers as per company policies and compliance standards (e.g., KYC, onboarding forms).

- Strong sales and persuasion ability
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
- Basic understanding of customer acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and mobile apps
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
