**Job Description - Customer Support Executive**

**Position**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**:Anna Salai, Mount Road**.**
**Department**: Customer Experience / Support
**Reports To**: Customer Support Lead / Manager

**Role Overview**

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused **Customer Support Executive** to handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and order-related queries. The role involves assisting B2B and B2C customers with order placements, delivery updates, issue resolution, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound customer calls and chat queries regarding 20L bubble top cans and premium glass bottles.
- Assist customers with **order placement, order tracking, and delivery updates**.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the respective team.
- Coordinate with the **operations and delivery team** to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Support postpaid collections and order confirmation calls as required.
- Meet defined KPIs such as **response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (any field).
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Tamil** (knowledge of Hindi/Telugu/Kannada is an added advantage).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage customer escalations calmly.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.

- Active listening and empathy.
- Multitasking ability (calls, chats, follow-ups).
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Compensation**
- As per industry standards based on experience and skill set.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,303.53 - ₹20,933.49 per month
