This is a role that requires delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. The purpose of this position is to create an unforgettable impression on customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages, and products in a clean and organized store space.
- Model and act according to our guiding principles.
- Anticipate customer needs by constantly evaluating the store environment and customers for cues.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating smoothly.
- Develop enthusiastically satisfied customers by welcoming and connecting with every customer, discovering their needs, and suggesting products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
- Deliver legendary customer service by acting with a customer-centric attitude.
- Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful coaching as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner behaviors that might signal potential problems or changes in morale and performance.
- Follow operational policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote our culture and values.
- Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
- Demonstrate the Just Say Yes behavior by taking care of customer needs.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-centric attitude.
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- No prior experience required.
