Customer Service Team Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Manager to lead our customer service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless communication.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance customer experience and team productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base to support agents and ensure consistency in customer interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
